Juan and Cesar Aldaco are two brothers who pour their heart and sole into providing the best on-the-go Japanese cuisine throughout Texoma!

We have combined 17 years of fine gourmet Japanese cooking, working throughout multiple restaurants across Texas. Now residing in Sherman since 2006, we found “home”, dedicating our lives, providing delicious Hibachi for you!.
